2006 - Europe 1 Wolrd 0

This might have been the best game played in this hotly contested match.  What appeared to be a sure win by the Americas due to shot after shot ended in another defeat.  Man of the Match Steve Haymer, Keeper, earned every bit of his award.  Turning away all attempts to tickle the twine by the Americas.  At half time many of the Europeans were heard saying "wow we are lucky to be nil nil".  The games only and winning goal was scored on a free kick 19 yards out straightaway.  Very exciting and well fought match!

2005 - Europe 4 World 2

The Europeans came out fast and posted a 2 nil lead that the Americas could not overcome.  It was a spirited match with key injuries to the Americas contributing to the result.  The Europeans were coordinated, strong defensively and unrelenting in their attack zone.

2004 - Europe 6  World 3

A dominating 1st half performance by the Europeans quickly erased all bad memories of last years defeat.  This years Golden Boot winner, Paul Daugherty proved too much for the Americas defense scoring 3 first half goals to ice the game.  Europes inpenetrable defense along with dominating contorl of the midfield was a sight to behold.  The script seemed to be the same, pass it to the streaking wing and cross it to the middle for a dazzling finish.   The Americas came out in the second half showing some fight closing to within 2 at 4-2 but the Europeans quickly responded to take the score to 5-2.  Americas scored again to make it 5-3 but that was as close as they came.  Europe scored a final goal to make it 6-3.  It was a spirited and hard fought game.  Both teams look forward to next years match with the Americas vowing to regain the Trophy.
